Each of Reliable Data's virtual web hosting plans carries a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 60 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees (if any) and overages.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, additional disk space, additional pop accounts, etc. All cancellations must be received via email at accounting@reliabledata.com. A return email with a tracking number is your acknowledgement that we received your request to cancel.

Refund Policy for Renewals

Account renewal happens automaticaly upon expiration of the current term, unless Reliable Data is notified via email at accounting@reliabledata.com, not later than 7 days prior to renewal, of customer's intent to cancel. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date. A return email with a tracking number is your acknowledgement that we received your request to cancel.

Fees for domain name registration will be refunded within 60 days of registration, and only for the years paid for beyond the first year. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date.
